1. The service
Store Guardian is a Shopify application that helps merchants monitor catalog quality, storefront availability, conversion funnel signals, tracking health, store changes, alerts, reports, and review-only product improvement suggestions.
2. Eligibility and Shopify account
You must be authorized to install apps and access data for the Shopify store connected to Store Guardian. Your use of Shopify remains governed by your agreements with Shopify.
3. Read-only posture and merchant responsibility
Store Guardian provides diagnostics, estimates, alerts, and recommendations. Revenue-at-risk figures, anomaly detections, AI/AEO readiness scores, and Safe Fix drafts are informational estimates and suggestions, not guarantees of sales, search rankings, legal compliance, or performance outcomes.
Store Guardian does not automatically edit your products, inventory, themes, discounts, or storefront code. You are responsible for reviewing any recommendation or draft content before making changes in Shopify.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its security or operation, submit unauthorized or fabricated events, attempt to access another merchant's data, or use the service in violation of applicable law or Shopify policies.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans, when enabled, are billed through Shopify's App Billing system according to the plan selected by the merchant. Plan features, trial terms, or early-access availability are displayed in the app before any charge is confirmed.
6. Availability and updates
We work to keep Store Guardian reliable, but monitoring depends on Shopify APIs, webhook delivery, storefront conditions, network availability, and third-party infrastructure. Features may be improved, updated, or adjusted over time.
7. Warranties and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Store Guardian is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free detections, or specific commercial results. Geekyace Digital Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using Store Guardian at any time by uninstalling the app from Shopify Admin. We may suspend or terminate access if required for security, legal compliance, non-payment of applicable fees, or misuse of the service.
